I had a session with Bel last week, after being gifted a voucher for my birthday. The whole session was exactly what I needed, and I can't reccomend her enough. Bel tailors the session to your needs, as well as finding the problem areas and working them out! I left there feeling rejuvenated and more mindful about my wellbeing.
